Kitchen equipment
- Dishwasher;
- Capacious fridge-freezer (freezer is more than just a compartment);
- Microwave;
- All useful kitchen tools, including knife-sharpeners and salad spinners!
- First class heavyweight stainless steel cutlery;
- Polycarbonate jug and glasses (clear as glass but unbreakable), especially for use outside.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
- All bedlinen, towels and bathmats included in the price (and all proper quality);
- Duvets throughout;
- Proper bathroom lighting, especially around mirrors (the ladies will be particularly pleased ...);
- Shaving sockets (surprising how often absent!);
- Towelling bathrobes available for hire.
Electrical
- Colour television (digital) with DVD player and VCR;
- Roberts radio;
- All electricity included in the price.
Communications
- Telephone: access to landline with free local calls (in changing room at courtyard);
- Wireless broadband access in most parts of the courtyard;
- Office telephones and computers may be used if necessary.
Sundry
- Unlimited firewood (not applicable to Courtyard House 7 - no fireplace), and proper kindling;
- Recycling system.
